Handling of personal data

Slow Records and Slow Publishing process certain personal data about you as a user of our website.

If you have used our form to contact us through the website, we save your name, e-mail address and possibly telephone number.

By submitting your personal data to us, you consent to the data being processed and stored by Slow Records as data controller and we guarantee that it is stored securely. No personal data is shared with third parties.

You have the right under Article 15 of the Data Protection Regulation to be informed, free of charge, once per calendar year, following a signed written request to us, of what personal data we process about you and how we handle it. You also have the right, under Article 16 of the Data Protection Regulation, to request rectification of personal data we process about you.

Furthermore, under Article 17 of the Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request the deletion of your data in our system – provided that the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed.
